Chad Turben serves as Senior Advisor and Operating Partner at Aventurine Partners, and as CEO of Arcane Industries, an innovative manufacturer of custom parts and products supporting a large and diversified set of end markets. A seasoned veteran with over 30 years of experience in consumer product goods and manufacturing, Chad has held leadership roles across large-scale multinational portfolios spanning over 100 global retailers and 120 product categories, with leading Fortune 500 companies including Jadex (One Rock Capital), Cooper Tire, Newell Brands, Jarden Corporation, Masco Corporation, Black & Decker, and Newell Rubbermaid. He has earned a reputation for delivering commercial excellence, driving urgency, and thought leadership in complex global environments. Specializing in building businesses, growing talent, increasing organizational capabilities, and aligning strategies to unlock growth, Chad has consistently created increased enterprise value for leading global brands in both publicly traded and private equity organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Stetson School of Business at Mercer University and serves on the Board of Directors of the Thaden School.
