Gary Meyers

Gary Meyers serves as a Senior Advisor to Aventurine Partners and on the board of Nevados, a utility-scale solar tracking company. Gary spent his career as a technology executive, having served as CEO of three software companies and board member of a dozen high tech companies. He was most recently CEO of Power Factors, a private-equity owned SaaS company that serves the renewable energy industry. Gary scaled Power Factors to become the global leader in renewable Asset Performance Management and led a number of European acquisitions prior to Power Factors’ acquisition by Vista Private Equity in 2021. Prior to Power Factors, Gary led FusionOps (now Aera Technology), a SaaS provider of cloud-based supply chain analytics solutions, where he grew the company to become a leader in the critical supply chain software industry. Formerly, Gary was VP/GM of Synopsys, a multi-billion dollar semiconductor software firm. Until its acquisition by Synopsys, Gary served as President and CEO of Synplicity and in other roles, including COO and VP Worldwide Sales. Gary has served on the boards of many public and private companies, including as chairman of Exar, a public semiconductor company. Gary holds an MBA from UCLA, and he received his BSEE, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Maryland.
