Bryant Fulk

Bryant Fulk is Principal – Head of Business Development on the Aventurine Partners investment team where he assists in deal origination, evaluation and execution. Prior to joining Aventurine, Bryant was CEO of a private equity-backed energy company from 2017 to 2020. He has experience in both organically growing assets and executing on strategic corporate initiatives. Bryant was previously a Vice President in Wells Fargo’s energy investment banking division, where he focused on mergers, acquisitions, asset divestitures and capital markets advisory. Prior to Wells Fargo, Bryant was an asset manager and project manager at Fortune 250 energy companies where he planned or oversaw significant asset development programs across the United States. Additionally, Bryant authored or co-authored several technical papers regarding resource assessment and extraction. Bryant received an MBA from Rice University, an M.S. in Geological Sciences from San Diego State University, and a B.A. in Geology and Environmental Studies from Washington and Lee University.
