Callie Soltis

Callie Soltis is Chief of Staff at Aventurine, where she oversees business operations and supports key functions across the organization. In this role, she provides strategic support to portfolio companies, supports business development initiatives, and manages operational aspects of the firm. Prior to joining Aventurine, Callie spent over a decade as a land and commercial professional in the oil and gas industry, supporting asset management, business development and regulatory efforts at companies including Wayfinder Resources and Oasis Petroleum. Callie received a B.A. in Journalism from Baylor University.
